Summer Pop-Up Series

Handcrafted chocolate, custom bonbon boxes & chocolate-dipped ice cream bars.

Join us throughout the summer for a series of special pop-up events at our production space in Nottingham Plaza. These limited events are an opportunity to experience Adam Brian Chocolat beyond our monthly collections, featuring handcrafted chocolates, build-your-own bonbon assortments, and our chocolate-dipped ice cream bars.

Our next pop-up takes place July 23rd & 24th from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Stop by to enjoy made-to-order ice cream bars with your choice of chocolate, vanilla, or raspberry sorbet, enrobed in dark or milk chocolate and finished with a selection of toppings. You'll also be able to create your own custom assortment of bonbons and shop a variety of handcrafted chocolate offerings.
